RETURNS POLICY
We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you purchased must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, sealed lids and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt / proof of purchase. The item must have been purchased through www.taishon.co.uk and not through a third party reseller. In the event that the item was purchased from A third party you must contact the seller you placed the original transaction with directly.
To start a returns request, in the first instance you need to contact us by email info@ouichefcateringgroup.com detailing your reason for your returns request, along with proof of purchase.
In the unfortunate event that your product has been damaged in transit, please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You will need to detail any issues you have and provide us photographic evidence of any damage, including but not limited to, images of the product, the outer packaging and any other visual images to help support your request.
Once we have evaluated your request / evidence, if your return is accepted, we will issue a postage Free Pre-paid returns shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once you have received the shipping label and instructions, you MUST send back the goods by the date stipulated by the Royal Mail. Failure to comply will result in the termination of the returns acceptance.
NOTE: Items returned back to us without first requesting a return and / or providing evidence will not exchanged or refunded.
RESTOCKING
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. In addition, we do not refund shipping fees placed on the original order. In the event that FREE Delivery was provided on the original order, then the cost associated to this will become payable and deducted from the refund. (Currently this equates to £8.49 for up to 5Kg dispatched).
REFUNDS PROCEDURE
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. EXCEPTIONS / NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened used goods or gift cards.
