Sauce Without Compromise!

Made from scratch, without compromise, with elevated flavours using meaningful ingredients, Taishon developed their range of sauces in a live environment through their Pan Asian food concept for over three years. Operating as a pop up takeaway, Taishon quietly gained an enviable reputation for delivering dish after dish of high quality food, packed full of flavour.

Having served thousands of customers a variety of dishes from their menu, each meal incorporating one or more of their home-made sauces, there was simply no better way to get genuine non biased feedback. This enabled Taishon to adapt, tweak and perfect their recipes ensuring consistency of flavour and quality. 

With the first two sauces poised to go into production, October 2024 Taishon closed their kitchen to the public and set about finalising the detail. In January 2025, Taishon launched the first of their premium gourmet sauces - Peking and Korean, two of their most versatile and popular sauces each suited for a wide variety of dishes.  

Crossing over cultures - Taishon set out to communicate with those starting out on their food journey, as well as self-proclaimed foodies and critics. Suited for both the professional and domestic kitchen, Taishon continue to build its family of luxurious sauces synonymous with the Flavors of the Far East.
