FAQs
About The Sauce
I can't get the sauce out of the bottle!
Our sauces are designed to be used at ambient room temperature. In colder climates, a vigorous shake or a gentle stir may be required to help loosen the sauce so that it pours from the bottle with more ease. In extreme circumstances remove the sauce from the bottle using a long handled utensil and dispense the desired quantity into a microwaveable bowl. Very gently heat in the dispensed sauce microwave at 5-10 second intervals until the sauce loosens. NOTE: This method is recommended if you using the sauce as a coating (for example for wings),as the sauce will have better coverage. A full bottle of sauce should be sufficient to coat 30-40 wings.
Do not refridgerate. Once open use within 14 days.
How many meals will a bottle of sauce make using Taishon's recipe guide?
Small yet mighty. Each bottle contains enough sauce to cater for up to 14 adult portioned meals. (See our recipes)
Why do my bottles appear to be filled to different levels?
The sauces are dispensed automatically by weight into the bottles. The density of the sauce can vary on each batch and therefore the visual level may differ. The weight however, will remain as stipulated on the labeling.
Are the recipes on the website the only ones that i can use?
Certainly not - in fact our team are working on new recipes and throughout the month will bring new recipes and tutorials to the table. At Taishon we welcome great ideas and suggestions, so if you have one why not share a post on social!
