Korean Tacos Recipe

Great as a snack or a main meal, Taishons Korean Vegan tacos take just 5 minutes to cook, making them a must try recipe for everyone! 

Spicy mince with our authentic Korean award-winning sauce, topped with crisp fresh salad, served in a crunchy taco shell. A super delicious Vegan Friendly meal for all the family in minutes!

Ingredients :

    •   Vegan Korean Taco Shells (we used Sainsbury’s own brand)

    •   Vegan Cheese (we used Bute Island Sheese Mozzarella)

    •   Vegan mince (we used the Viv Era brand) 

    •   Red bell pepper finely diced

    •   6 chestnut mushrooms finely diced

    •   1 – 2 Tablespoons Taishons Korean sauce

    •   Iceberg lettuce thinly sliced

    •   I4-6 Cherry tomatoes chopped into quarters

    •   Fresh coriander chopped finely

Note: Feel free to use non vegan product alternatives or add other ingredients such as avocado, spring onion or a squeeze of lime.

 

METHOD :

    •   Heat your air fryer or oven to 180 degrees and cook the Tacos for 2 minutes to warm them through

    •   Take your Vegan mince and add to a pan with a little oil.

    •   Fry for 2 minutes then add finely diced red peppers and mushrooms

    •   Add 1-2 tablespoons of Taishons Korean sauce then cook for a further two minutes.

    •   Remove the tacos from the oven and assemble. Place the mince into the taco shell, then top with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes fresh coriander and grated cheese.Serve and enjoy immediately!
